Captured with 21 MHz transducer (MX250S) 3D mode on SQ mouse tumor . Analysis of 3D tumors includes placement of “region of interest” points through the course of the tumor to extrapolate the whole 3D volume of the tumor. The aquired slices can be scrolled through in all the dimesions.
